the batteries are simply bad. 1 battery is completely defective, it can not be recharged and has never worked in the unit and the other holds a whopping 30 minutes in my GoPro 3+ Black. Unfortunately, I noticed this on after the expiry of 30 days, so I just can not return back the equipment. So, always the same test;) ...

UPDATE: Both defective batteries were replaced me very accommodating to my review. Now everything is working properly. Just a pity that I had double bad luck and only 2 have received defective batteries.
