Promised long life time, achieves short lifetime

The item has been specified with a long lifetime, which unfortunately was not the case.
First, some lost their luminosity LEDs, after which they were dark. Last burned only a few LEDs,
so I had to remove the strips on both sides on 17/04/2014. Since the strips could not be claimed since 31/01/2014, today I sit on the broken bars and had an alternative dealer on ebay purchase similar strips. Whether the company was informed Dectane Amazon on the matter, I do not like to judge. For both there is of me in the customer-friendliness grade 6. Hopefully I achieve with the new strips a better result
