Protein for normal purse for the "normal" athletes

I started with the "Champ" powders from the local supermarket and am now back then
landed 90 protein in the Mammoth formula.
What brought me to the decision to order this product, was nevertheless the
lucrative price / quantity ratio - clear, if it was not good, would be 30 EUR in the sand
been, but I dared to attempt.

The delivery was prompt naturally, as usual Amazon.
Have then also the first shake with milk and tried the recommended amount.
Even desöfteren I stirred the powder in my Magerquark for dinner and
the powder actually tasted really good.
Each powder tastes somehow artificial, but because you can also powder for 10, for 30 or for 60 EUR
take this one and fully meets the purpose, dissolves well and I therefore again
ordered.
For a direct impact on the training or otherwise, it is of course difficult to hold an opinion, as it
is actually rather more thought for the evening.
Have in the last six months, my diet changed and just let miteinfließen the powder and could
in time by Sport + diet scarce 25KG slimming.

This I put not on the powder, but recommended as useful and support!
