Pure charging cable

Since the cable to my PC not plugged into the mobile working (current yes, no transfer images), I wanted to send it back already, but the dealer answered me:
This cable is a "charging cable".

After this note, I read my description again carefully, there really was nowhere something of data transmission ... However, never before such a USB cable I do not come across, so I again wanted to point out:
This is a two-wire (charging) cable with USB ports, it is not a proper USB cable, which means you can hereby transmit data.

A star then I keep to draw attention, otherwise the cable works but how it should and the latching and winding mechanism also works flawlessly.
It might be even 10 or 15 cm long, but for me it's enough yet.
