This is the story of three little elves who call Pic, Pic and Colegram. The first peak was red and he took care of all that is on earth. The second peak was blue and he was responsible for all that is in heaven, on Colegram, which was smaller, he decided to take care of men.
The first person Colegram meeting is a girl who wants to fill her pitcher to the source. Then he says it will help a little. He says "Peak and Peak and colegram, Bour Bour and Ratatam and, Lock, Shock, Gram ..." and the water starts to gush, but with such force that it reverses the pitcher that breaks on a rock. The girl walks away in tears ...
Then colegram will want to help an old tramp, he will recite the magic formula but again things are very bad end and be a total failure. Ditto when colegram believes do well by supporting a small Sabotière or a logger, it's a catastrophe ...
So colegram goes deep in the forest and begins to cry. And using the forest telling him to think and go slower. Colegram courage and then resumes again towards the village. It located in a ditch a little beggar starving. His first idea was to bring up a banquet for all the hungry young boy but he remembered the advice of the forest and said that if he did that the beggar would surely die of indigestion so it just made him appear sufficient for a light meal save him.

We we are fans! Loved book and adopted at first reading. Even the 2 year old and a half appreciate the beautiful music of the words of this little book. Besides illustrations (retro style) are very beautiful. A perfect bedtime story that will appeal to kids (and parents) susceptible to beautiful language and traditional stories.
