First I bought brushes due to customer reviews (daVinci Junior Synthetics, round Gr. 1 and flat Gr. 2), but the whole picture with the round brush 1 painted basically except for a short test. Then I equipped myself with matches, a water pot and kitchen roll made to work.
First, you should stir the upcoming color with a match, if necessary, slightly dilute according to instructions, and then imagine. I took my time and did so for the first color (higher search effort) approximately two hours needed for the final colors only under an hour. After each color I have to brush washed with a little soap and warm water and then turned in the form. When my vacation was completed in early January, I arrived at Color 21 of 36. This was followed by a long pause until the end of April and today (Mai 1th) I have the picture complete.
Very few colors that were still closed, had to be slightly diluted. Even the colors that were already open had, yet (apparently not completely painted or overlooked fields on the first pass; Thanks for the checklist!) A good, albeit more viscous consistency. Some colors cover different from others, so that a partial structure within the fields can be seen (see customer image "image clipping"). I could of course nachmalen again evenly, find the structure but actually very interesting.
I regret actually only that the field with producers and image name is imagine with the lightest color and some fields are too large in area: More color gradations I had found beautiful.
It has incredibly good fun to paint the picture, even if I search for a whole evening like to neck pain had (tip: every now and then relaxing / stretching install). I found it fascinating to watch the progress and hold (see customer images). It relaxes immensely. One can very well listen to audiobooks or chat.
Now I just have to be creative in the framework, the framework offered Schipper I find too expensive.
Next, then comes the much acclaimed "elephant caravan".
