The backpack is really very high quality and extremely robust, the zippers to the shoulder strap. Here there is absolutely nothing to complain about and is exactly the quality that I expect for such a price. He can be wonderfully wearing the adjustable back upholstery and the system with the fanny pack also works reasonably well. I would like equal time to the remarkable points received what it is to go in this review also.
What I have noticed when I pressed the supplier the package in his hands - The backpack is very heavy! The 2.7 kilo weight go traces on one. This should be noted, that has been previously not quite clear to me until I held him in my hands. It should be noted at its purchase in any case.
Another point that has wound up prompts us back to send him what the small internal dimension. For larger tours I have a Lowepro Vertex 200 in the I get a lot of pure. The Think Tank is provided with me only for relatively little equipment, namely: a 5D MKII with BG and L-angle at a 24-70 2.8L is scheduled. These 2-3 lenses (No Tele - 16-35mm 2.8II, 24mm 1.4II, 85mm 1.2II) and a flash 430EXII and the usual small accessories (memory cards, extra batteries). The 5D MKII does not fit in any case already in the fanny pack, but I did not previously clear. It fits to the top of the backpack, but only with the reverse lens hood. Serve with a purely objective, such as the 16-35 2.8II (without lens hood) and that was it already with the place. The other two lenses fit perfectly with the fanny pack, in between perhaps a memory card case and that was it. The flash I get pure nowhere else that needs to be squeezed purely in the external accessory pocket. Basically, so everything goes in, but relatively scarce, and the 5D MKII with the attached lens I just get a little fummlerei in or out which is also a no-go for me.
The ratio of external dimensions with weight to what one than inside still has, I find one another out of proportion. The backpack is ideal for photographers with smaller equipment (eg a smaller DSLR, not necessarily a compact -D), and here I can really recommend it if one does not interfere with the curb weight of 2,7kg. For larger cameras and lenses The interior size is simply too short and could be really disturbing. Should not be underestimated in any case!
For the relatively high dead weight and the external dimensions / internal dimension ratio I give tough 2 star deduction, where it would be more 1.5.
