Hard plastic shell with rubber inside to absorb shocks. Hermetic closure with rigid does not let dust, keeps the drive perfectly inside. The disc is wedged in his cabin.
The hard drive can be used without removing it from the shell because there is a small hatch at the bottom of the hull to connect the necessary USB3 socket. This blocks the dust trap passage also.
