After we had always toiled us with heavy and unwieldy sledges for rent, the joy sled was great after purchasing the Gloco. Particularly positive is:

Easy to pull + compared to other wooden sled
+ Good steerable
+ Ordinary drawstring which is sufficiently long and dragging does not cut
+ Good workmanship (no regrinding or similar required)
+ Provides for 2 people comfortably (in our case 1 infant in a child seat and an adult (1.86m))

Since you can use these slides for many years, it is worthwhile to pay for this quality product a little more. Also, for us the good workmanship - decisive and therefore the safety of a sports equipment!
