The delivered product was faulty. Was new one. Description does not match items.
Automatic start of the slide show does not operate. So far, more than one email's written but offered no very sensible solution.
Even a phone call brought only "man will inquire whether it is a software error".
What a pity after the delivery has been made so quickly.
