Item Has Been Delivered unfortunately defective and traders ignored customers

Unfortunately, the product has been delivered damaged. That's why I can not give technical assessment for the product. Visually, it is an attractive design and certainly fits in every apartment.

Since the product was delivered defective course I did not want to keep him. After I had filled out the usual online return formalities, I contacted the seller, asking me questions bezgl. The return process to answer. I wanted to know from him whether I should frank your returning or return unfree, or which Versendeform and shipping company I should choose. I wrote him that I would order it to return the product again.
Instead of answering my question, he presented the following counter-question (quote): "Good day, what is broken on the thermostat" I answered him that question with a detailed description of the fault and the concurrent request, even me to answer my questions. This, too, was ignored by the seller and remained unanswered.
I sent the item back but franked. Shortly thereafter I received from Amazon a credit for the purchase price, but without reimbursement of return costs. I contacted Amazon with the request to move the traders to me to reimburse the costs of return, because it is supplied by a defect product. Since Amazon is always interested in satisfied customers, we wrote to the dealer to get in touch with me.
Amazon asked me to give the distributors 3 working days response time. It took place after 1ner week we do not contact the dealer with me. So I asked Amazon again, contact the seller to refund me the return costs that a buyer by German law (BGB §349, paragraph 2) delivered if defective goods are entitled.
Only after Amazon anschrieb the dealer again, to contact me I got from him an email with a link that I have no remedy at 346 BGB wanted, but made use of my right to withdraw, and let it divide.
However, a withdrawal must be expressly declared by the customer. This is done at no time and not a word from me.

Ok ... because my time is now too good to pursue the matter further, I do not begrudge the seller another success of his tactics to ride out the matter and his joy the 4,10 EURO return costs incurred through my item is defective delivered are to throw in his piggy bank.
