However, a withdrawal must be expressly declared by the customer. This is done at no time and not a word from me.
Ok ... because my time is now too good to pursue the matter further, I do not begrudge the seller another success of his tactics to ride out the matter and his joy the 4,10 EURO return costs incurred through my item is defective delivered are to throw in his piggy bank.
