The unit has been damaged delivered (bump at the top of the rear left and bottom center at the back). The actual packaging of the device (styrofoam corners and the unit in shrink-wrapped) was damaged. However, the device was also placed in a box which was perfectly intact, that means nothing, the unit was damaged by Amazon shipping. The device itself looks for the price of fairly basic set has a rotary switch to the temerature and two indicator lights, but not working. Otherwise very simple.
