First, I noticed that the mattress spread no unpleasant odor. It is well sewn on all seams and edges. The fabric of the mattress cover feels soft and comfortable against the skin. Compared to my old mattress this has here from Arens Berger a great advantage. The mattress cover can in fact completely (up and down!) And top with hot wash washable! A well processed zipper leads barely visible around the mattress. The cover can be removed to easily.
Inside is a thick, solid white foam core. On the product pictures of foam core is shown in red. In fact, he's knows what's a good thing, because a bright red might shine through the reference under certain circumstances. I can not understand that people criticize this. It stands in the article text, and how else can you depict a white foam core with a white reference to a white background ?!
Foam cores are nowadays standard and are often recommended. They adapt to any body shape. It can by pressing nothing even after many years of use, as was the case for example with the old spring mattresses. This foam core is arbitrarily rotatable and reversible and divided into 7 zones. The 7 zones: head, shoulder, lumbar, pelvis, thighs, calves and feet. Heavier body parts, such as pools and shoulders sink in side position for an optimal. This supports the spine, because it remains possible in a straight line. A good reason why the mattress so stately 25cm high.
I use the mattress quite a few months. Compared to my old mattress there is a difference like night and day. This one is pretty hard, which I very much prefer! It is very convenient. For stomach sleepers it is very pleasant. So far I am not yet woken up with back or neck pain. Also of headache no one can speak. I can also a long time lying in bed, reading a book or watching a DVD without me hurt the bones.
The mattress is high but normal sheets fit still optimal.
A big selling point for me was the production here in Germany. The mattress is marked with the 'Oeko-Tex Standard 100'. According label are limits for harmful substances, such as pesticides, etc. strictly controlled and maintained. Dyes that are considered carcinogenic, are not used. That was very important to me.
Conclusion: I sleep and dream very well on this mattress! Quality and workmanship have convinced me. There are mattresses that cost many times, but I'm happy to have decided for this one. I would buy the Arens Berger King mattress again and am very satisfied. I hope my review was helpful.

We have the mattress still in use and are still very satisfied. The mattress did not deform, keep all seams. Several times the reference was washed. No mold growth. Everything was great, the mattress would buy immediately!
