The graphics performance of both cards is roughly equivalent, both have a DisplayPort.
For everything else, the Zotac GeForce GTX 750 Ti OC the old card is clearly ahead:
* The card is not heard sparingly and without load.
* In contrast to some of the data read by me before buying reviews I find the card even under load virtually inaudible.
Under Linux, the card runs with the VESA driver, but does not provide 3D acceleration.
Nvidia currently (25.05.2014) is only a beta drivers for Linux available, with the usual good 3D support. This can be easily installed by hand and running smoothly.
Since traditionally promptly providing good (proprietary) Linux driver for its graphics hardware and NVIDIA maintains, an official driver will certainly be soon available and are supported by the respective Linux distributions.
