Quieter than previous devices

I have installed in my house 20 years ago Rollotron Gurtwickler and was always very happy. The reason for the initial purchase of this equipment was getting on in years 16 year old Gurtabwickler Rollotron 9600, the day in, day out work performed his services, but now at the end of the lowered shutter - for whatever reason - were strange creaking noises of itself. I have at no time thought to repair it; because after 16 years we must break. I opted for a new device of the next generation.

And I'm, like, very satisfied with all the products of the house Rademacher. The new Rollotron 9900 is much quieter than the previous one, has a very good menu that is almost self-explanatory and well explained manual. The product can be fully recommended from my point of view.

Two comments I have to make anyway: Do not I really liked that the user guide is rolled as a sausage in the packaging box. This has never been done before and Rademacher seems packaging technically in any way necessary. The booklet is practically no longer entrollbar; you need an assistant, who is staying the hilt with both hands, if you immediately want to try the device read. So what need not be; because someone has not thought of the consumer.

Laughed heartily I have about my Vorrezensenten that but say in all seriousness that an exchange is possible in 10 minutes. As far as it refers to the pure exchange process and you know how to do it (old equipment out, new purely), that may be. But it is of course not alone installation. The mere reading of the installation instructions will take much longer.

Before using the machine instead of a manual belt winder, must first determine whether the belt box is large enough. Old manual Gurtwickler sit mostly in small belt boxes, in which the machine does not fit. I had in all cases, a new larger belt box install (material cost of the box a few euros, are available in any hardware store; the problem was extensive caulking or plastering and a lot of dirt). Consideration should be given whatsoever where a power source is; I have taken the necessary anyway construction as an opportunity to lay a power cable under plaster. Who takes care of the expansion of the old belt winder as an opportunity, at the same time to replace the old belt (is always recommended!) Must usually open the roller shutter box and again loses a lot of time.

It is true that the connection of the strap to the device and the manufacture of electrical connection is not difficult. Since it can not do much wrong. For dismantling and reassembly at a sufficiently large belt box and existing power supply with replacement of the strap (which has means to open the roller shutter box and remove the local dirt first, so that the new belt is not equal dirty) I have 2 to 3 Used hours. Are caulking or plastering necessary there are several days, because the mounting hardware of Gurtkastens must harden only (OCF and the plaster is applied as a rule).
