From TV I know that the best quinoa from Bolivia comes, that's why I've decided to buy here at Rice hunger. What is quinoa so unique is that the small grains are fully utilized by the body and in all nine essential amino acids, many polyunsaturated fatty acids, minerals, vitamins B and E, and dietary fiber. The preparation is very simple and it tastes great both neat to meat, fish, etc. I will, of course, like to buy the gold of the Incas quinoa again :-)
