What I really atrocious personally feel that I would also like to start directly:
The vorverbauten UV fluorescent tubes (9W 365nm) are the absolute junk. I can really all abgewinnen usually something and it does not always serve the supreme discipline, however, forces the already for closer inspection. Important: This is a wearing part! (Many devices that are available for sale, I always see a star with the note that was sent back.)
Besides being a has been delivered directly by the already defective 4 installed tubes, so at three tubes, the lamps were not even properly fitted into each other (This is not the version meant in the lamp). In German, the actual tubes were shaking in the plug. Here I would really recommend the production company to change the tube supplier urgently.
Since this lamp is delivered with already installed in the socket tubes (!), It is an act of violence to get the defective tubes to get out if you do not want to run the risk of pulling up broken glass in his fingers. You get with fast that the installed tubes sit only by means of two (electricity) conductor, as amended. Here you needed tact.
Lamp / device:
What I found so terrifying to the tubes, the device scores still with me. As a guy, I would now say it has a "Service-rail", by which one is wonderful and spacious on the tubes in order to change them can. Sometimes one can thus hold the device also permanently clean.
This track is covered with blue reflector foil. Not the best material, but more than adequate for a result. The heat shield foil (reflector cover side) is not the worst and may well endure what and make a long lasting impression.

The device itself already earned 4 1/2 stars. The processing is simple, but looks anything but cheap. It's big, versatile, and even for me as a guy to tap into model facilities beyond compare. (Sometimes even by the lovingly I mentioned rail service.)
The tubes I found now, however brutally bad, so I have just ordered a set of four tubes. (Amazon: 10) One who has really 2 left hands, would have here in fact already splinter in his hand, because the tubes are inserted only with its anchor and this (which is actually a plus point) then sit bombproof.
