In my last delivery I certainly have been amazed: in one of the packages there were various insects, estimated moths and caterpillars. In addition, the package cobwebs spun, in which the insects are caught in the upper part. So probably also need to spiders have in place there (see photo).
Secondly, I have noticed that this time all delivered packages weighed significantly less than the 500g given (net). With packaging to get to a weight of about 493g per pack, so makes about 480g net weight (see photo). In the previous deliveries of the past months, the weight of individual packages still stood at around 515g.
In this batch well things went wrong, unfortunately I the manufacturer has not yet answered why that was and if I have to worry about such a thing in the future. Because the insects are already pretty gross, I know currently anyway not know if I want to eat semolina weiterhion. Maybe me clarifies the manufacturer at some point again about the relations of production on which prevailed in this batch (insect invasion in the production hall?).
Much praise must go but on Amazon - although food so can not be sent back, I instantly get a new supply by describing the circumstances. Exemplary, thank you! In this new delivery, everything was back in order: no foreign bodies in the semolina and the weight is correct again: around 515g per package, thus making less plastic wrap a net weight of just 500g.
Nevertheless, I give only 2 stars because my relations of production of Bohlsener mill are a mystery still. If not done a satisfactory explanation of the manufacturer, I will edit the review again.
