This book is simple, fast and synthetic. Its simplicity makes it very accessible, both intellectually and materially (low cost). It is fast: it reads well, is understandable (many examples). It is synthetic: in a few words, it points to the essential and seems to make the rounds of the most common emotions. a downside: for a family of old (without divorce without redialing etc.), you feel a little aimless ... to read the examples of the author, many emotions related causes of external phenomena rather violent morally (aggressiveness at school, divorces, etc.). In short, we should also prepare by thinking of those who live as Caroline and Charles Ingalls ... but maybe those there do not consult psychologists and begin reading their books ... ;-))
