I ordered 2 lathes, one for me, one for my girlfriend. The order went quickly into my room. However, rapidly turned a disappointment. One of the two supplied lathes was virtually unusable, since the roll interior was too tight, and the content out jumped again after inserting. After a mediocre review for my part I was contacted by the seller and asked me, me of a new lathe completely free and without returning defective send. I told and 2 days later I had a new, functional lathe. The service was top and therefore the customer is king. So it must be!
