It loose as fast has still been a nasty surprise. The service Sony is in no hurry to respond when using the contact form available on their website, but the "chat" is effective. After a discussion about twenty minutes during which I was asked to send a picture of the device (normal), I was given the address of an authorized repairer to whom I can send the phone .

They sent me a quote indicating that the problem is not covered by the warranty and the repair cost me 49 euros.
