Because of the price I nevertheless accepted it is relatively slow, it does not run the first time on my actions "keys" and that it pictures of poor quality. It loose as fast has still been a nasty surprise. The service Sony is in no hurry to respond when using the contact form available on their website, but the "chat" is effective. After a discussion about twenty minutes during which I was asked to send a picture of the device (normal), I was given the address of an authorized repairer to whom I can send the phone .
I put a star for the product and I added one for the service with "cat". However, I wait to see what state I'll get my phone before adding more stars.
[EDIT May 20] I finally adds no stars. As agreed with the "cat" Sony, I sent my phone to Cordon Electronics in Dinan. They sent me a quote indicating that the problem is not covered by the warranty and the repair cost me 49 euros. I also have the opportunity to return the phone to me the state for the modest sum of 18.36 euros or, finally, I can allow them to destroy the phone.
