I liked the way like to equip the housing with sidebars in my favorite color. But the case was delivered only with the preassembled black strips and yellow and gray bars. Blue, red and green strips were not there, although this can be seen in the figure.
Unlike described this case has no screws. I did not realize how I can open it and if it's ever needed. It is not necessary to mount the drive because it must only be inserted. The sidebars can only change when you open the case, and that was only with quite a lot of power and the fear of breaking anything, possible.
Anyway, the black bars are now back off, and relative to a housing without such moldings, the housing is about 8 mm wide. The Bluray drive, which I have used, functioning properly in this case, and therefore it remains here. Like a refrigerator, which cools. Or a toaster that toasts. Unspectacular, and without the promised cherry on top.
Update: The housing works on my slightly older (but up to now well-functioning) USB3 hub (Sharkoon) not (Windows 8.1 has flickered, had to hard reset), at a slightly newer Hub (anchor) does. And: A once Dovetailed drive can be pulled out only at the open drawer again. More expensive waste, 0 stars.
