The KX-TG5511 is a decent phone. Decided I was due to the relatively good design. In the price range of cordless telephones under ~ 60 Euro which is unfortunately not a foregone conclusion. Functionally, it provides everything you need and small comforts of today to be understood (eg call storage with date and time, the phone book name edit with uppercase and lowercase letters, long battery life). The display is completely dot-matrix and not drilled 7-segment display, how it still sometimes finds. The back of the handset from smooth-shiny plastic will probably eventually have a few visible scratches.
The thing with the Clear Sound, I can here criticize some comprehend, but find it not so very disturbing. If the other says nothing, you hear nothing (ie nothing). That softly spoken also be invisible, I do not think so.
If I want to have phone plus gimmick, then do I access my smartphone. For at home as an ordinary cordless phone, the KX-TG5511 is exactly right.
