Nay.
Yes, it is short, so the novel reads quickly, in one sitting. This is fluid.
However, no history. No plot that keeps us going. It oscillates between flashbacks and daydreams of each of the heroes who are impatient to meet, we alternate between the view and that of Chloe Bennett.
No or very little passionate and sexy scenes as in the first volume (that said, I found that in the first volume, these scenes came like a hair in the soup, and flirted with vulgarity), which were still chilli Of the history.
So, I do not recommend this second volume. Immediately read, soon forgotten as tasteless and non-existent plot to me. We expect the culmination of history, one soon finds the first volume of chilli, ... More Chloe Bennett and adventures is to forget!
