Garmin advertises the "Real Voice" and "Real Directions" quite intense. In practice, however, I realized that this is only limited to that is said at a crossroads, turn right at the lights. But as a rule, most intersections traffic lights, this function is therefore not particularly spectacular. Otherwise, the voice is still artificial and choppy, so you often street names not vesteht. So much marketing cry and little substance. Splitscreen may sound good, but means that only half of the screen for Abbiegeansicht with Autobahnschild is available so that you do not really recognize something when you have not just hawk. But you'd better watch the road anyway. It is better if the whole screen would be used for that view, as it was earlier in the case would Navigon. The menu fields below are still not chosen arbitrarily, so the pace is always displayed at the bottom left, like it or not, more meaningful would be safe, the expected arrival time. If one uses the radar warning function regularly alerts for mobile radars, which are then but nowhere to be seen. It would therefore be sufficient if you would be limited to stationary radars, which would certainly increase the timeliness of warnings. Otherwise, the device is OK, but not really anything new. My four year old Navigon is much more appealing in any case in the graph. Hard to believe that Garmin Navigon has bought, but if only the funds and not the know-how decides then something comes out here. Had clearly expected more from the device. To target one yes is ultimately every Navi, so this is not a special quality criterion. And the voice control works with my device even in the state, while driving also helps loud shouting anything.
