But the hammer is that the mirror is held itself only magnetically to the flexible gooseneck (but the RV does not fall on the trip anyway from), and you can easily remove it and use them elsewhere. Extremely convenient!
The gooseneck is attached to the bracket with a nut. I unscrewed the bracket and the arm secured directly to my furniture. Here the material thickness may however be a maximum of 2-3mm, otherwise the thread is too short!
The terminal area goes to 42mm (then but just as at the foremost edge). The clamping force is relatively high, you can barely open the bracket completely with one hand - or the other way when one pinches the fingers, it is quite painful ...
