With 'Faith' it starts pretty rocky, passages such as "Live my life" and "the world comes crashing down," one has indeed heard about enough, but as an entry really okay. Can indeed be better eventually, but it will not initially. 'Million Miles' is one of those soo beautiful but it is also inconsequential and composed of text modules ballads that are knit to the typical arrangement around. 'Through the eyes of a child' you know now from the radio, the chorus and text seem rather bombastic, chumming and striking (soo nice and level). With 'Free like a bird' it is then increasingly embarrassing. The song is predestined as a basis for a basic seminar for amateur poets at the community college: What rhymes with "sky"? Of course: "High". According to the song title then missing is "fly". The effect is already quite obsessively. Why not text passages without the classic rhyme scheme, but with a little more depth?
'Goodbye' is at least still characterized by Reas voice, otherwise the song is completely irrelevant and uninspired. 'Set of keys', however, is really succeeded again rocking and one of the highlights of the disc. 'Moments Like This' is also worth listening to, because otherwise, with Western overtones and not so conventional. The Triple good pieces completes 'Aeroplane', that again is a bit softer, but again it is carried through the intensive keyboard. That was it but unfortunately with the glory. 'Open Skies' will be a hymn and is hard to bear. 'Broken Stone' is accompanied by keyboard sounds that you normally only hear when children do on their respective instruments first musical steps. The last track 'Serenade Me', 'Broken' and 'It's Over Now' (you want to "Finally !!" scream) earn no more detailed discussion, because they are quite simply irrelevant and unnecessary. What remains? Some very good ideas and, ultimately, the big disappointment that 'Wish' seems to have been a slip-up, but has apparently indicated Reamonn musical trend. And that is in the eye of the discerning listener, which is the English language and who has come to appreciate the innovative side of the tape, then but not that nice. Too bad, because live the guys are really good, but bad songs are not also live better.
