Received any broken! Not to order on Amazon

The trash is aesthetically very well not solid hand obviously since I received it with all slotted cover and the pedal system and the pedal broken into several pieces. So very disappointed. I have of the return and did not take the risk of asking for an exchange which amazon told me four months and more time! Regarding the problem of the size of garbage bags (60l hard to find rather than 50l) I have not had the opportunity to test. I encourage Amazon to review its not enough protective packaging and transport system for this product, the trash not being coated controlled as a simple plastic film on the original box product that is as light cardboard done for be stored but certainly not transported. Really disappointed.
