As a replacement for my broken Canon 550 flash I quarreled be time if there is a Canon is back. But the gamble paid off, am very satisfied with the Nissin. Load times are short, and the lighting control very easy. Operation is very good, The lighting result is coherent for me than my 2nd flash (Canon 580EX). The exposure balanced in ETTL. The 580 exposed in the "green point adjustment" about which Nissin holds something back. Power consumption is ok (operation with batteries).
Wireless I'll try in the next few days.
Edit: 09/09/2014: Wireless operates the device also reliable, but the flash output reduction has to be entered manually. One drawback I have found: If the flash in dark conditions often used in succession, he tends to about 10 trips to utter off (probably due to overheating due to the high flash output). Here my 580er is deulich better. During the day, or during manual power reduction This shutdown is not observable.
