The rating is a bit harsh, but this book does not deserve its 4th back cover. Even if one can not but share the irritation fashion Taiji-Qigong tote and its array of Asian self-proclaimed masters and new-age teachers trained during the evening (in the best case), Mr Carmona appears indirectly through his work as a figure of objectivity and legitimacy in a grim picture. Its endless pages déblatération (in a small book) against anything that moves, undeniably contain true, but in my opinion do not bring anything constructive, and attention when he talks about what he does not know.
Its alleged more traditional teaching that the tradition itself is singular yet in some respects, (I nirait not up! To say that it is done as suggested walk a previous review, but in any case its transmission does not escape with some adaptation it as critical). The exhibited technical points, however, are fair and reflect the seriousness of his practice and its sources, but their remains little concrete explanation (extension? Retention? Incomprehension?) And does not offer the curiously brought back to the general criticism.
