This epilator arrived home well packaged as what was not my surprise when, in the opening I found that within two plastic caps (one for the face and one for sensitive areas ) were hair ... Is it a reconditioned product that was poorly cleaned? This is still a hygiene product ... Should we not inform the purchaser that the product has already been used! I do not know what to think and am annoyed because I confess that the idea of me with a tweezers already used by other object does not like very much (even if it is only for two end caps and other accessories all seem new well).
