We bought this computer not repackaged product for reasons of economy, but we wanted a Windows 7 and Windows 8 certainly not. Upon calling from Amazon; we understood that these were products that had been unwrapped and were not suitable for the buyer; So reshipped. So stunned when we received this computer that came directly from an individual whose Amazon acted as intermediary in the sale. The seller had the opportunity to offer for sale a non authentic licensed aircraft and the hard drive on the sale announced 750GB had been changed and was no more than 270 GB ... and a few other surprises! The more Amazon's warranty AZ has enabled us to return the item to the seller crook and to be reimbursed for our purchase; remains the management of return postage we do not want to be at our expense; we're waiting for a refund as I intend to get! The article would not have been falsified as we would have probably kept! That's the story we wanted to share! We are loyal customers of Amazon, we will return to this sales site; but will avoid refurbished products!
