The nutritional values are good. The bolt has to 85gr whopping ~ 46gr protein and relatively low in fat and carbs. However there at Weider on 100gr similar fat and Carbwerte, at almost exactly the same calories. But just take 40gr 46gr protein.
For the latches have a nice consistency for not "biters" from James Bond needs to be and taste plus outstanding. That itself can still taste 50% protein bar well show the 50% Riegel by Multipower or Weider.
So there's definitely no recommendation from me! And although Ironmaxx with Imperiused Mandel to my opinion by far the best "protein bars" (the taste - not the values) has on the market.
