I forgive before 1 point that a label at the present time at all realized adult radio plays. In fact, I could even more points awarded for the fact that it is not semi professional work and is also available on CD!
Anyone familiar with the novels and radio plays classical to LARRY BRENT and compares with this interpretation, will be vastly disappointed! That's exactly when I would go in 2012 full of expectation in a 007 movie and wondering when finally Sean Connery occurs in appearance ...
One can only manufacture technically no longer bring the flair of the 80's already back. This can not even the EUROPE label. Who even the individual sequences within the classical LARRY BRENT radio drama series is compares noted that the "only" 10 years later produced episodes 16 to 19 sound different: new music, aged speakers, lack of momentum and wit of the staging. There is no doubt these four episodes are great! Compliment that one still could generate as much retro feeling!
The new radio plays let little retro feeling, because as I said it anyway can not produce this. This is a new production, a new beginning. Professionally produced radio plays for "Ur-listener" and new audience.
Yes, there are "shock effects" that dominate the radio play. Horror comes template conditionally over not much. But honestly: What adult creeps still? And in what radio drama series and about what?
LARRY BRENT has the R & B COMPANY Sound, which is since 2003 and more than 60 radio plays so. And using acoustic style means using other horror radio play producer. Is now LARRY BRENT pabulum? NO!
Because the R & B COMPANY sound is rough, dry, dirty, broad, epic. The crisp dialogue books cause no boredom. Again, you will be torn as a listener and not from scene to scene.
However, anyone who is in a subtle elements (which can miss many productions / series), will not be disappointed here!
Is recommended, absolutely Episode 1 heard before, because this is the second part of the story and the drama of the death of a character is felt much deeper.
At the end of the radio play is self-promotion of the label. Who cares, just press the stop button! Who should also be disturbed by the successful and meaningful Cover illustration by Timo Wuerz also, it may simply call. In the then new front there is the Roman original by RS Lonati to behold.
Episode 1 of the CD contains the first edition of an LARRY BRENT retro sticker! These smart ideas, in combination with a dynamic dialogue book, enthralling staging, the latest pop music, likeable actors, music with fast beats per minute and my previously assigned star result for me rightly the highest rating that can be awarded!
