this is more than 2 months that I use the platform. There are some years I had a back injury (45 jrs plastered and sailed as 45 days). Every morning I lip at me with pain in different locations. I am of the platform 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes at night. To believe or not believe, I feel revived, the massaging effect makes me a very foolish. I muscle softly. In terms of weight loss, I do not really believe I lost 1k500g (I make no diet). But my body is redrawn and I go better in my clothes. I highly recommend to people who have pain. The massaging effect is magical. I regret not having bought earlier.
