So I was very curious to see how this works with a light alarm clock.
First, I was surprised at how big this model is because the previous bedside lamp had to give equal time. That's not bad, because you can also use the Body Clock yes for illumination.
After briefly studying the manual was also quickly realized what needs to be done. Intuitively has not been revealed to me the operation, although there are only three buttons, but some of the results you have to just once or more times two buttons simultaneously, so read more.
As for the wake-up result, I am after about 4 weeks testing divided. For normal time it works well, but I would probably wake up without an alarm clock.
If I'm still extremely tired, I do not wake up from the light alone. For safety's sake, I still put my cell phone, because the integrated buzzer of the Body Clock is pretty awful and makes me a highly unrelaxed start to the day.
Optical me the device like good, but overall I find the technical drafting something too spartan. I've seen that other devices have even integrated a radio function, and will look around for something after all.
