Remains dark!

One should just vote lamp and power supply to each other. The power supply pack can 16 watts, the LED panel needs but more. Already on the carton is 21 watts; when operating the lamp with a more powerful power supply, it lights up - and how! Current consumption 1000mA measured at 24 volts are just 24 watts. Too bad that the Dremel power supply is too weak would be otherwise by the luminosity a super thing. But probably will probably be more the case that a wrong has been delivered Panel's - the 16 watts of the power supply in accordance with the specification.
