After our Miele Eletro-ceramic hob was too expensive to repair, I have switched to induction. So I had to buy new all pans and lots of pots. My youngest son is delighted with his Schulte shore pan and that's why I bought myself a 28er with stem and it has since constantly in use. Because she is the best in comparison with 2 other at the same time selling quality pans (WMF and Zwilling) I have still the Schmorpfanne Romana risen. The size of 32cm was chosen by me in the assumption that the ground 22-24cm diameter (unfortunately this information is not usually as a rule). This actually amounts to 23cm and fits just fine on my biggest induction field. The pan is perfectly flat, has a great coating, provides excellent frying results and is worth their money in full.
