FLEE THIS BRAND: Camera HS after 5 months, and after sales service Heden throw myself at first contact ...

I bought this camera in April 2013 and in August the night falls mink HS. In looking more closely after x robot and changing settings, nothing to do, a worse vertical band taking 40% of the image loses color ... In short a disaster!

As my Amazon request, I contact the customer service by email on their website and the answer comes to me 3 days later as follows:

I have not changed a comma email !!!! They can guarantee the product 2 years, in fact they have only done !!!!
Tip: FLEE THIS BRAND !!!!
I hope it will prevent other such setbacks.
