This book has the merit of being one of the first to make a concrete link between Western science and art of vital points. However the author sometimes too tends to repeat itself (perhaps in order to want fun?); therefore it seems that the book could have been shortened not concervant that abstracts the author at the end of each chapter, which summarize the book only a few pages. We also need a more specific book if you want more details on the vital points (what the author himself advises in the book). To do the encyclopedia of Dim Mak is very useful. Otherwise anyone can read this book because it really share scientific basis, which requires no prior knowledge on the part of the reader.
