Have I bought this ball to halfway sit comfortably yet at the table in the last few weeks of my pregnancy can. Apart from these using the ball is in his actual use super (clearly too much gymnastics I could not hold it, but is still safe). Normally I would have, according to manufacturer's recommendations according to my size (1.72 m) to take one size smaller; as sitting ball was the 65 cm diameter ball but not an option. And finally, the color is beautiful refreshing, the ball has not ausgedünstet and keeps the air well. Good investment!
