... returned unopened

I sent the package without opening it because I ordered the works 3 and 4 and the order mentioned works 1 and 2 (I noticed it the next day, but no way to send an alert or call two days later). However, I am certain of having sought and viewed 3 and 4 3 and 4; I started the maneuver to verify and control've realized retrospectively that this amounted to a command 1 and 2.
Certainly I have not read carefully enough my order at the conclusion but I have at no time ordered volumes 1 and 2 and the volumes have mysteriously changed numbers.
I am not at all happy with this order.
