The device can be but only via SMS which configure actually ok.
The Posiotionsbestimmung has an error. The position differs 500-600m from the actual position. So absolutely useless.

The time function is not working. It configures the current time (I'm not in German Timezone), this gets confirmed and when the next text message sent by the device is another time. The time zone can not be set - maybe that is related.

Also there is no information about what the GPS aufweißt the moment for accuracy. Speaks, but always you get only one point no radius.

All in all, not useful in the circumstances. I treat the device under warranty and will send it back.
