Review for LED

I have for the stairwell an LED replacement for the previous (not dimmed) 100W halogen rods sought, which had to be constantly changed, since this light often turned on and off.
Problem was the relatively small space in the lamp (a trio 2603011-07). Even with the omission - now superfluous - reflector plates and protective glasses that Lambe was too thick for the existing holder.
I have therefore changed the holder, against something like this:

In this combination it fit then (the hole for the holder must, so you want to use both holes, are easily reworked). Regarding the brightness, I was pleasantly surprised, I find them with the 100W lamp quite comparable, but you can also be deceived in the face of very different light color. This brings me also to point that should one be aware of: the offered LED has 6000 K, which is very clear creamer, kälters light than a standard halogen lamps. For stairwell I think that's okay, in the home do not like a lot of people.

I see this not as a defect, but as a (specified) characteristic of the product. Therefore 5 stars.
