At first I could not convince this change of style. Then, after some listening, however, this birthday party I liked getting better. Although "Deja Vu" is not a second "Crazy in Love" as expected by many, but offers just this fact. No wild, horns accompanied Beat just good solid Darkchild production records from the track. "Get me bodied" Beyoncé is as funky as in "Work it out" and no longer "Suga Mama" offers a playful beat. "Upgrade U" is one of the first club tracks of the CD, which carried away a right from the start. Highlight is the 2nd single "Ring the Alarm". Produced by Swizz Beats, Beyonce sings a brilliant Beat - only interrupted by sirens. "Kitty Kat" is the fruit of a collaboration with the Neptunes - widely criticized by many because of its casual heard it beats to my Favorites on the CD. "Freakum Dress" is a typical Richard Harrison production, but after repeated listening mutates into Burner - against faded Amerie's "1 Thing," which in turn "copied" yes was of "Crazy in Love". "Green Light" is the 2nd Neptunes-produced number on BDay and also advised very groovy. The two ballads in the end are then a recovery after a push danceable tracks. "Irreplacable" is quite trendy fall, whereas "Resentment" Beyoncé's vocal power makes it clear. As bonus tracks are the hit "Check on it" in the single version with Slim Thug and Bun B, and the Dream Girls Track "lists" included. The conclusion is followed by a remix of "Get me bodied" - there could be a new track, about the Leftover produced by Darkchild "Back up".
Total Beyoncé sets with BDay certainly the best female R & B album of the year before. No other young R & B princess - and there are many - can currently compete with Beyoncé - regardless of the category.
