OK, The Rasmus have changed and evolved, which may not appeal to everyone.
However, one can in my opinion also not about years, always making the same music. Surely 'In The Shadows' almost 10 years ago a blast, but honestly, he would today still operate exactly in the form as diesr edition?
With the new plant, the band catapulted back to the present after me is not so much the predecessor convinced.
Surely more electronic elements have influenced, but the unmistakable voice missed the pieces still incomparable stamp.
Diversified 5 stars for the great mix of faster, partly rocking pieces (Stranger, I'm a mess, Someone's Gonna Light You Up, You Do not See Me) and quieter songs (It's Your Night, End Of The Story, Somewhere) ,
Rasmus certainly become radio-compatible - and that may not appeal to everyone; but the music is so become not worse!
