Pinks new album has little to do with "Let's Get The Party Started". It is rocky and is reminiscent of garbage, Natalie Imbruglia and Alanis Morissette. Pinks scratchy voice gives especially the ballads goosebumps effect ("Misery"). Each track is different, even if some seem to get used to, they still go to the ear ("Respect", "Catch 22"). The individual tracks of blues influences can be heard up to dance.
Especially nice: the carefree "Missundaztood" and the captivating "My Vietnam".
Definitely recommendable!
