The first appeared in 2003 album "Leave the Light on" was the first encounter with Beth Hart for me. In 2013, the board is re-issued as 180g double vinyl in a slightly different composition and a couple of live tracks. The mix is good. Much dynamics. I especially like the incredibly smoky and edged soul and blues voice of Beth Hart. The current cooperation with Joe Bonamassa seems almost logical consequence of your previous work.
But back to the board: If you like it more contemplative, the had the title "Lifetime" or "Leave the Light on" to heart. If you like rock, "Broken and Ugly" or "Money Back" should allude. Who it (like me) has just done only the voice of Beth Hart, the entire album is the fallen.
In addition to the current album "Seasaw" (recorded with Joe Bonamassa) is the album "Leave the Light on" for me the best album by and with Beth Hart.
