Even though I do not for a long time applying this compression bandage - golfer's left -, has the pain I have in certain exercises in the gym, especially with pull-ups with supinated hand position, already waned significantly. The Mobiliät has improved, weight training over the head is a lot better. Pointing to this band I gathered from reading Become a supple Leopard: improve athletic performance, prevent injury and reduce pain. The author Dr. Kelly Starrett is to my knowledge the developer of the band and the Voodoo Flossings.
At the bandage itself can not be faulted. It is as necessary and very elastic, and created good stretch. The winding in the photo, however, is misleading, as not tight enough - Voodoo Flossing is another way. It was probably considered important during photo shoot, to put the logo in the center.
