The operation is quite simple: open the machine, secure application, lid on, close, switch on. Here there is nothing wrong, the engine must be very strong and finely dosed in 10 stages. Theoretically, it should have a shutdown protection against overheating, but also in yeast dough I did not make it in a few minutes of continuous operation, this trigger. Filling the hopper worked flawlessly, the lid in combination with the giant bowl reliably prevent smut in the kitchen;) What I have noticed: on the front side there is a removable cover, behind which a recording is that during operation of the engine rotates. Maybe you can still buy extra parts and secure, but the manual is silent about this, and information material was not part of the delivery.
The beaters I've tried with a sponge. Although I had in between even briefly with a spoon help out (some powder had settled down and the broom did not come as easily zoom), but otherwise the result was perfect: significantly less strenuous than a hand or immersion blender, and the parts are easier to clean than a universal machine. Even at the highest level I could leave everything alone, because nothing moves. This part was very satisfactory.
With the dough hook and a bread dough saw things then, however, different. Despite the high nominal motor power the machine had considerable difficulties. At level 2, the engine not only moved the dough, but the entire device; at the highest level I had the machine in spite of weight and suction cups to hold, they began to jump. The cover was sometimes thrown off. In addition, the dough seemed like something stick on the wall; but that's not everybody dough like that. The bowl is not smooth inside, but brushed stainless steel. Maybe that's part of the problem.
Conclusion: a powerful and useful machine if you have a suitable place and need, one can thus create real quantities. The cable is a bit short and the behavior of the dough hooks under full load is so stubborn like a rodeo horse in about. The lid could be made somewhat precisely fitting and why the interior of the bowl must be brushed now, I do not know. For these things I subtract a star.
